My family is VERY DISAPPOINTED and WILL NEVER come back to this NON KID FRIENDLY resort!! I never would have booked this resort knowing this is SUCH a NON KID FRIENDLY resort!!!! A deciding factor for booked this resort was because of the heated indoor pool!!! After a Long Drive we all went down to relax in the pool. That is when we saw the pool rules. First, rule is NO swim diapers of ANY kind in the pool. My daughter is 2 and needs a water diaper. Then another outrageous rule was children under 18 CAN NOT swim until noon and then CAN NOT swim after 6pm. We were the ONLY ones in the pool, being very quiet, and were told to LEAVE immediately! I called BEACH BUM the very next day to let them know We Wanted To LEAVE ASAP and get a refund. Beach Bum did NOTHING to help us!!! I will NEVER stay here again or book anything in the future with Beach Bum!!! Horrible Experience!!!!! Stephanie
