The condo does need some renovation like Both the living room and twin pull out sofa both had issues, like they were breaking. Also, we didn’t realize there is no walkway to the beach right across from the condo we had to walk to a nearby cross walk to get to the beach which was so inconvenient with small kids and 2 wagons full of beach stuff and coolers. The view from the balcony was the only thing that I loved, All in all.
