The owner communicated well which was appreciated. The condo was well maintained and clean. Beautiful view. It was high enough that the two buildings in front of the condo did not come close to impeding the beautiful beach view. Standing in the living room and looking out the sliding doors all you could see was the expansive gulf waters. The sand at the beach was like white powder. The condo/complex is very secure and it was nice to have enough fobs for the entire family so we could be doing things around the building and still be able to move around freely. Good gym with plenty of equipment.
