PAYMENT

Upon reserving, 20% of the total reservation is due as a deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted through PayPal if booking through beachbumbb.com only.

Beach Bum BB makes every effort to communicate with guests regarding their reservation and balance. If the balance is not collected by 14 days prior to arrival, Lila Davidson Enterprises, LLC: DBA Beach Bum BB reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Any payments made towards the reservation are forfeited.

BOOKING

Guest(s) reserving and occupying the rental must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to reside in the home. Parents and other family members cannot book a stay for a group of students or young adults under 25. Guests who break this rule will be made to leave without a refund.

Check-in is 4:00pm CST. Checkout is 10:00am CST. Please plan accordingly. Early arrival and late departure are not available last minute.

Once your dates are confirmed, a confirmation is sent via email.

YOUR STAY

RVs, golf carts, or trailers are NOT allowed in the parking lot. We can accommodate our guests at our local office space (please secure this in advance).

No animals allowed.*

No smoking allowed.*

No parties.*

*A $500 fee will be incurred and/or eviction.

Please note the max allowed for each rental. If exceeded, a fine of $100 per night, per person is incurred.

Our rentals are cleaned and then inspected. A checklist is performed to ensure our standards are met and all the amenities for guests are present. We want you to have the best vacation!

Our promise for your arrival:

•The home will be clean and beds will be made with fresh linens.

•Bathroom towels for the maximum number of people the condo accommodates will

be provided (for use in the condo only).

•Fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals; if, as a guest, you feel something is

missing, please report it so we can provide, within reason.

•Beach towels are provided for days spent outside. Please ensure their journey back

to the condo after usage.

•Starter amenities: Things such as trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry

pods are left to begin your stay. We do not replace during your stay unless additional housekeeping services are requested and paid for.

Additional terms per property are found in our rental agreement which will be sent via email and virtually signed by guests. A reservation is not confirmed or valid until the rental agreement has been signed and is subject to cancellation.

DAMAGES

If the damage waiver has been purchased through your reservation, the person whose name appears on the credit card is covered up to $1,000 worth of damages. That person must be present during the dates of stay to receive benefits. To be

covered, the damages must be reported PRIOR to departure.

Any loss, theft, or careless or intentional damage (such as moving around furniture or throwing something against a wall) is the guest’s sole responsibility and is NOT covered by the damage waiver. Also not covered are any extra items purchased separately, such as a rollaway bed or baby crib. If one of these items is damaged, the guest will be responsible for the replacement cost. 1. Ensure all access fobs and keys are in the home and not missing.

2. No linens, towels, or household items are broken, unusable, or missing. 3. Arrival and departure times have been abided by.

4. The condo has not been smoked in.

5. No more people have been added to the reservation.

6. No animals or smoking in the home.

Each of the above-listed items has a specific charge. The credit card collected upon confirming the reservation will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation waiver should be included in your reservation today (please check for the Cancellation Waiver line item). This allows cancellation at least 30 days prior to arrival for a refund, minus a $199 cancellation fee. If canceled, for ANY reason, within 30 days or arrival, a 50% refund is given. For coverage of COVID-19 illness and closures, please consider travel insurance.

Changes to your reservation within 30 days of arrival, such as a decrease in nights or early departure are non-refundable.
